Rathazul is a failure of an alchemist, if the only thing he really offers is milk and skin oil. I've also talked about cooking but alchemy would be nice too, make potions that can increase our stats, give us a unique perk for a couple turns in combat, stuff like that. You're telling me that we fight/kill hundreds of exotic creatures and we don't wear their skin like it's Monster Hunter? Of course we'd need to increase the inventory space to accommodate it, or add a separate inventory for crafting materials. Plus it'd be nice to have them talk with you, maybe they know the area and can tell you some stories about it or something.Ĭrafting, yes every game has crafting now but in something like this it makes a lot of sense. This would require re balancing all combat, making it so you can either fight multiple enemies or buff their strength to the point where grabbing a follower would be worthwhile. It'd be nice to have a companion system added, so you can bring one of your followers with you to either support you or act as your tank. It's too easy to cheese stats so make them matter less and your level matter more. Furthermore food will give you buffs and debuffs, so people will actually have a reason to eat more then fried fish. I'd want a cooking system added, you cook food instead of eating it raw which can change it's effects, either by making it more potent or removing the transformation entirely. Survival changes, it's too easy to game the system to never worry about changing yourself so you always have food. Be a fucking nightmare to code and write for but I'd like it.
